Welcome to Hubbn. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hubbn mobile apps and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Hubbn.

1. Who Can Use Hubbn

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Hubbn. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Create only one account, use your real identity, and let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.

3. What Hubbn Does

Hubbn helps you discover and connect with professionals working near you, based on the interests and intent you share. We facilitate introductions — we don't guarantee any match, response, connection, or outcome.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Hubbn, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other members.
• Post false, misleading, or someone else's information or photos.
• Use the Service for spam, solicitation, or unsolicited advertising.
• Use Hubbn for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt or overload the Service.
• Collect other members' information without their consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or put the community at risk.

5. Your Content

You own the content you post. By posting it, you grant Hubbn a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You're responsible for the content you share and must have the rights to share it.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Hubbn is free to join. We may offer paid features or subscriptions, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled; manage or cancel them in your app store account.

7. Safety

Hubbn does not conduct criminal background checks on members. Always use good judgment when interacting with people you meet through the Service, and take sensible precautions when meeting in person. You connect with others at your own risk.

8. Termination

You may stop using Hubbn and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Some provisions, by their nature, survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any introduction will lead to a particular result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hubbn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any member, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Privacy

Your use of Hubbn is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
